Inspired by the natural wine community of the Jura, Goyo began his namesake project in 2003, farming three single-plots in Ribera del Duero. Harvests are done early to preserve acidity, co-fermenting red and white grapes together in traditional fashion. This varietal Graciano is funky and bright, perfect for Beaujolais aficionados. Serve with a slight chill!
