The Bérêche estate was founded in 1847 and is now headed by Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche, who farm the family’s nine hectares of fruit biodynamically and chemical-free. Secondary fermentations are executed under cork closures, adding a layer of complexity to the wines. ‘Rive Gauche’ is a blanc de noirs made from 100% Pinot Meunier, showing intense flavors of tart red fruits, wet stones, and brioche; an homage to the ‘spirit of Bohemian Paris!’
