Owners Matt & Sara Licklider work with a variety of dry-farmed organic vineyards. ‘Indica’ is hand-harvested, whole cluster pressed, and fermented in steel to preserve freshness. Notes of grapefruit, lime, chalk, and wild berries dominate the palate, which is marked by a blood orange inspired acidity. Delicious!
